Cats for Sale from a TICA-Registered Cattery
Hello, my name is Mila. I have been breeding British and Scottish cats in New Jersey since 2022, and our kittens now live with families across the Northeast and further afield in the USA. If you are looking for cats for sale from a responsible breeder, I believe it is important to know exactly who is raising the kittens and how they are cared for.
I started Kitty Palace Cattery out of a lifelong love of these breeds — their calm temperament as much as their looks — and registered it with TICA so anyone can check what we are instead of taking our word for it. Everything below is how the cattery actually runs.
The Four Breeds We Raise
We specialize in four types of cats and focus on raising each kitten in a healthy, well-socialized home environment:
- British Shorthair — the calmest of the four. Dense plush coat, round face, content to sit near you rather than on you.
- British Longhair — the fluffiest of the British family. Gentle, easygoing, and affectionate, with a luxurious semi-longhair coat.
- Scottish Fold — folded ears and an easy-going temperament.
- Scottish Straight — the same cats with upright ears. Folds and Straights are one breed with two ear types, and both appear in the same litters.
- Munchkin — short legs, full-size personality, and faster than people expect.
Staying with four related breeds is deliberate. It means we know these cats’ temperaments and how they grow, rather than learning on breeds we rarely raise.
How Our Kittens Are Raised
Kittens are raised in our home. They are handled every day from birth and grow up around household noise, other cats and ordinary family life — so by the time they leave, being picked up, having their paws touched and meeting new people is all normal to them.
Before a kitten goes home it has age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming on schedule and a health certificate.
While you wait, we send photos and videos so you can watch your kitten grow up before pickup day.
Support After Your Kitten Comes Home
Our part doesn’t end at pickup. We answer questions about feeding, litter habits, introductions to other pets and general care for as long as you have your cat. The first few weeks usually raise the most questions, and there’s no limit on asking.

We deliver within a 500-mile radius of our New Jersey home — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland and Massachusetts — with the fee depending on distance. If you have a question about delivery to your state, we would rather talk it through than have you guess from a website.
