The Seller bears no responsibility for any veterinary or other expenses incurred by the Buyer throughout the lifespan of the kitten/cat
In the event of legal actions, the Buyer agrees that any legal proceedings or court actions will occur in the county where the Seller resides.
Any violation of the aforementioned clauses grants the Seller the right to reclaim the cat/kitten.
